FISHING REPORT FOR OCTOBER 26, 2015
Lewis and Clark Lake -
It was reported that some walleyes and perch are being caught between Midway and Hobie Cat beach. Fish are being caught in 12-14 feet of water using jigs with minnows. Walleyes also being caught in deeper water directly above the dam.
Lewis and Clark Marina -
Still somewhat slow. A few crappies, bluegills and white bass are being caught. An occasional "keeper" crappie being caught but no great numbers yet.
Springfield Area -
Smallmouth bass are plentiful in the chutes along with a few crappies and walleyes.
Missouri River below Gavin's Point Dam -
Still plenty of paddlefish waiting to be snagged. Don't forget to stop and have your paddlefish weighed at Capt. Norms.
